Field Sourcer & Partner Lead

Location: Bangalore / Delhi / India | On-site | Contract We're a US robotics company ($22M raised, backed by the founders of Scale AI, Dropbox, and Coinbase) building infrastructure for the future of manufacturing. We're expanding across India and need operators on the ground in every major city. Compensation: - Expected range: $100K–$1M USD annually - Performance-based - You earn on every factory you close, recurring The Role: You close factories. We pay you for every one you bring on — and keep paying as long as they're conducting data collection. No compensation cap. The only ceiling is how many deals you can close. What You'll Do: - Identify and approach factory owners in your city - Pitch them on partnering with us and sign them up - Keep your factories active and collecting data - Build a book of accounts that pays you month after month Who We're Looking For: - Profile A — The Closer: B2B sales background, SME or industrial preferred. You've sold to owners, not procurement. You're comfortable with commission-only because you back yourself. - Profile B — The Connector: Recent grad with real factory-owner relationships — family business, community ties, people who pick up when you call. If you can open doors, we'll teach you to close them.
