I currently support administrative operations, communication management, workflow tracking, and coordination for a structured remote training program with over 90 participants and a distributed team. My role focuses on ensuring communication, records, tasks, deadlines, and administrative processes are properly organized so daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. My responsibilities include managing participant communication and follow ups, maintaining structured records and spreadsheets, organizing digital documents and Google Drive folders, tracking tasks and deadlines, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting workflow organization across the team. I also created structured systems to improve organization and data accuracy, including Google Forms and Google Sheets tracking system and a protected attendance and data entry sheet using dropdown lists, locked sheets, and protected ranges to prevent data errors and improve record organization. These systems improved workflow organization, data accuracy, and administrative efficiency by 60%.
