Scaled facility discovery from 0 to 7,000+ gyms across 18 cities in 10 countries, cutting Firestore read cost by 95%. Shipped a scheduled Cloud Run measurement worker (TypeScript, Playwright) for facility pages, booking APIs, and pricing changes. Conceived and drove Proactive Omira as PM, designer, and engineer, turning reactive chat into proactive trip moments. Traced production deploys dropping ~15% of backend functions to a GCP rate quota, built throttled deploy system for 100% verified deploys. Stood up and ran Firebase/GCP platform for 2 years (API gateways, Cloud Tasks, multi-environment setup, secrets management, release observability), built CI/CD with multi-language SDK generation (Dart, Kotlin, Swift, JS), moved to self-hosted runners. Set team's engineering practice: PRD-to-ticket decomposition, TDD, eval-gated AI development standards, and AI-native workflow with multiple coding agents.

Developed Python retrieval backend: PostgreSQL vector embeddings with batched indexing and top-k workspace retrieval, feeding agent's context, function-calling tool steps, and an end-to-end eval harness. Designed shared step-based agent engine powering AI test generation and refactors across IDEs, including open-source embedding pipeline (batched embedding, cosine-similarity top-k retrieval).
